We currently use UPS to ship orders. Insurance is automatically included in all shipping rates, proof of delivery signature may be required in some instances. The average delivery time for 3-5 business days for ground, if you haven't received your order within 7 days please contact us. Order conformations including the UPS tracking number are e-mailed to customers when a valid e-mail address is provided. UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday, orders that come in on Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. 3 day select, 2nd day or next day shipping is in reference to when UPS has scanned the item into their system and not from the time the order was actually placed. We try to keep all items in stock locally depending on availability, occasionally some items may be drop-shipped from the warehouse.
The posted shipping time frame is estimated and contingent upon credit card approval. Ship times may be delayed should we experience authorization difficulties.
There may be occasional delays beyond the posted shipping time. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time frame, we will notify you of the delay via e-mail. If you wish to cancel your order as a result of a shipping delay you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department. If you do not request cancellation the product will be shipped as soon as possible.
All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Warranty & Return Policy
All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number may be refused. Return Authorization Numbers can be obtained by contacting Blackjack Buffers at

All non warranty returns must be in a "new and unused" condition, returned within 30 days of original purchase and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition of the returned item. Please include all peripherals with any return. This includes instructions, screws, packaging, etc. Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.
